I watched the pilot of Lost (parts 1 and 2) last night on G4 (without the pop-ups). It was great as always!!!! Of special note this time watching = the phenomenal acting, esp. Kate (surprised me, even).
Tonight G4 runs part 1 of the pilot with the pop-ups at 9PM (Eastern). G4 will also be re-running their viewings at 4 PM the next day (in case you missed it or even better, so you don't have to miss any of the new shows coming up).

Unlike most of you, I have not enjoyed the quizes at all. There are too many of them to take and keep track of and I can't think of anything to create a test about. This doesn't fit with my vision of what an ARG should be. We can do this without an official ARG run by a company getting paid for it (in fact we did do this with the slovaltine clues and at least that was more varied instead of just a bunch of 10-question quizzes). I actually miss the glyph hunt!
I'm ready to giveup on this ARG. Now that Fringe has started, I'll probably spend my time reading that blog until LOST starts up again.

scoutpost, I tried the Autism Awareness test and only got 40, but it was a very well put together test.
lostit, don't give up, take a back seat maybe, but stay with us. You never know something exciting might happen.
It is ironic though that the most fun we have had is with our own content and not that of the ARG !

LOl, if you read my last few posts on the previous thread you will know that I too have almost had it with this ARG (more specifically with the recruit-tests...I must have taken 300 by now!) but I will persevere, even with Fringe going on!!

I think we're feeling a little tested out. It's supposed to end tomorrow, right? And Lostit, I feel your pain, but please continue to lurk and check in...you never know what might happen.
It looks like everyone is sick of taking tests:) ME TOO.... so I hope something interesting and NEW comes to us soon... BUT if dennis made another few tests for his own account, it would be ok by me so we can get him on the leaderboard. The tests wouldn't even have to make sense.. anything would do, like test 1 all answers are A, test 2 all answers B, etc.

lostit- I feel the same way you do. I mean I just barely decided to go ahead with making a quiz. I would/will still lurk, but I agree, if they don't pick up the pace or change the game a little to give us some sort of reason for doing these tests, then I will probably stop playing, too. I guess I keep hoping that the next stage will be better, but they are testing my patience!

Well, this ARG definitely has a different feeling than I had with TLE. With TLE I couldn't wait to get up and turn on the laptop to see the latest and greatest discussions and movement in the game. This summer, I'm so much more laid back, and this is not my #1 priority. I will not give up and I will be here for what may or may not come, but the intensity is missing.
I agree about the intesity, maven, but I still have high hopes of this thing getting good... I'm not giving up!!!!!
Good news!! Our lisa (maladylis - friend here and at Black Swan myspace) is 4th on the leader board at DDWY!!! She has just told me she's working on keeping 4th place and even aspiring to being in second place!!

Your page is much nicer than mine and ANM helped me with mine. She gave me a link to a website with codes and I found another one on my own. All I did was copy and paste.
Of course the image URL will be followed by "< /center >, again with no spaces...sorry I forgot to mention it before!
It's working for text, but still having a bit of trouble with picture... it shows some of the writing.. go look
I see what you mean...that usually happens 'cause there's an extra space there somewhere...try separating the text part from the URLs a few lines....and checking all the ">" and "<" are close to the letters before/after them....

Mmmm..it's hard without seeing all the written code you've got in there...it appeared after you cetered the image right? And the visible text seems to be part of the URL to either the Alpert/Lisa image in photobucket....mmmmm

In case you guys ever wondered, "Takes a Village"??? I put this on my profile today;
"Takes a village" is dedicated to Zack and Emma;survivors of Flight 815. After the crash they were taken in the night, and are being raised by a village of Others. Last seen in Season3 they are now probably at the Temple. I hope Cindy and the rest of the village, are looking out for them;Ben said that they are on the list.
