@Zort - Dallas to San Diego (which is just about the same distance as LA) was about 2.5 hours. Made that trip many times when I went to school in Texas. Ah... memories...

So cool! Such an awesome thing to do Amy Lynn. This is one of the first fan communities I've ever gotten involved in, and I fear Lost is going to raise my expectations unreasonably high. Can't believe the president of abc stopped by...glad to see them putting some time into this exhaustingly exciting trip we've all been on. And if those six episodes aren't good, well, now we know who to find...

To feel like I'm part of our Losties in line, I decided to randomly sit outside in hopes that I form a line. It's a nice brisk 29 degrees but I have already shouted Waaaaaaalt which in hindsignt I should've waited until after I left the office, rather than inside as we had a new client in the office, but I'm sure she understands. So far I am still just a party of one, oh no wait some man just handed me a cup with some, nope false alarm he does not want to be part of my line.

Tension builds at the G88 line as people show up and attempt to "cut" in line ahead of peeps who actually spent the night here... A "Jacob's List" has been established for everyone's rightful place in line, and the latecomers (even if they flew from out of state, got to the gallery yesterday before 7pm, but didn't stay through the freezing LA night.) move to the back of the line which is no about 22 nerds deep... Dun dunnnn!!!
Good idea. Need to just stand outside and Lost out in tribute. ha.
Wow, just got to work and I'm so jealous that I have to sit here most of the day before heading to LA. I'm going to try to finish everything super fast today to get out of here as soon as I possibly can.

Hello all, been MIA for awhile, but just gave my final yesterday so now all that's left is the grading. Hopefully I can be back to be part of whatever is left.

Glad to see that you got the Tan Warriors print - I had a beast of a time loading up the Mondo site and I gave up, so I'm taking this as a sign that I need to pass on those posters.
So....all this talk about all posters are 'sold out', including the 16th, has got me thinking. Is the 16th already sold out?
I had a strange feeling like the 16th print is 'purchased' in some different way. Like a lottery. You get a 'ticket' for every purchased poster you did - draw your number and you get it for free. Just an idea. It will account for why they keep mentioning all the posters are 'sold out'.

May try again on the Warriors, but if this last poster is a traditional selling poster, then that's all I can afford (poster-wise) at the moment. Plus, while I dig both, neither print is calling for me to buy...I'll see how the rest of the series goes. Anyways, just bought two copies of a TOTALLY AWESOME PRINT yesterday, so I can't be spending money as much as I would like.
Speaking of Mondo, on Sunday I was at the Alamo Drafthouse here in Austin, and the Mondo store is within the South Austin location. They had a BADASS Ken Taylor poster for the new Clash Of The Titans movie. My iphone was out of batteries or Id have taken a pic.

Is the Taylor print for Clash of the Titans a closeup with metallics of Medusas face? it's in the wide landscape format? that print is for the old movie, if that's the case, but the print is AWESOME (it had two color variants - so two different prints)! Mondo had that available online up until about a month or so ago.

@MilkcanRocks, thats the one. I guess I "assumed" that it was for the new movie since they had it near a promo poster for the new movie. Still, it was really wicked. Looks incredible in real life. I asked my gf if the styling looked familiar and she even goes "wow, that looks alot like the print of The Smoke Monster".
