Nothing is a coincidence in Lost I guess. There are a lot of things that I can think of to do with Lost that link with Chess. MacCutcheon is an opening move in chess, Locke played chess on the computer in the Flame, Jack and Ben play chess in that episode that missing pieces episode. There's the light and dark which is reflected in the art and science conflict in the Linder Gallery…
I've just got an idea that the site is out there somewhere, waiting for us to find it. Maybe the buy now button is already live. That's why Paul said it might be earlier, the same day or later.

It's a great thought though. I love that idea and it fits with everything, the 15 lost 16th found, the fact that the Gallery event is up on the hub with no hint of anything else to come there, the interview with Paul yesterday and his hints that we'd missed something. maybe he did mean in relation to this last reveal and not relating to season 6. I've been over and over that video from spin and I keep coming back to the Linder painting.

I did a reverse I.P. check on the site this morning, I saw that there were 34 sites, not the usual 33. There's nothing extra there, so if the site is live it's on another server. But seeing that number change nearly made me croak on the spot!

There was some questiion last night if the audio in the Spin video and the actual episode were different. I checked and they are the same.
I think ObFuSc8 was right to get excited about the Linder Gallery Interior Painting, especially with the Latin phrase and it's translation.

I'm beginning to think that the mis-spellings and missing letters aren't deliberate. Paul refers to Ronnie Midfew as "Ronnie Mifdew" constantly, and trips over his words in an excited fashion. Whoever is updating the site may be just doing it "in keeping" with paul's character.
I'd hope that we would get another clue soon. When do people think we are going to solve it?

Hey Thorsten, I'm working on it but wanted to reiterate to people that may have missed it and continue to speculate one other less promising leads. I appreciate the question though.
Ben. Is Paul Alexandra Miller? In which case I can imagine the missing letters and words to be his typical over excited trip-ups.
Doesn't explain why other mistakes have been speedily corrected though.
ChrisL & Lisa - I too like The Barracks. Not in my top 3 but it's not too far down the list.
Rob, good to hear. I already liked it online but when I unrolled the real thing for the first time today it was a WOW moment.
The Barracks has really grown on me and the Dharma Van too. Now I wish I had picked it up when it was easy! Drat!
mistertibbs - I have The Barracks and the only thing I notice is the pattern made by sunlight on the hillside. Looks like the lighter portions form a 'D' and an 'n'. It is fairly obvious, though, so more than likely not a hidden message.
Are you guy pursuing The Linder Gallery Interior painting as a clue to the url or to season 6?
I love my Dharma Van print. I have it under uv glass and I don't think it looks gray. It may be a little muted charcoal may be a better color reference. I think it look great. Just my opinion.

Given the twitter exchange between Damon and the Linder Gallery guy and the paintings presence in the Ping Pong video, I'd say the latin phrase is almost certainly the huge clue Paul was referring too.

When Paul said "Thanks for having me and remember you missed one big clue..It involves Ping Pong" he had to have been talking about the ARG. Why would he be giving clues about season 6. Not his job. Most of the questions were about the ARG, it must have been related to 16.

I find the Hatch print is hard to light to bring out the wonderful background. You wouldn't happen to have that one too and can give me a tip on lighting it?
Its has to be a clue to the URL. I haven't seen any reason to equate anything Scheer says with anything other then the ARG. No?
well, I'm stumped. I've looked up (and tried as URLs) most of the Latin incidences from the show.. such as the answer to what lies in the shadow of the statue. I haven't tried all the notations off the blast door map, but I think that's reaching at straws.
Plus, once we work it out, there's no guarantee that the purchase will be "live" yet. This is KILLING ME!
Perhaps they're waiting for the first buyer letter to show up before giving us another clue?

What have you and Ronie thought about the -really- fast recent poster sell-outs? Are you still sure people who attend the art show will have the same chance as anyone else to get the last poster?

There is a huge clue that everyone missed! About this season
Why does he say this season? When I read this I wasn't sure if he was talking about season 3 which is where the ping pong game is from 3:11 Enter 77 and the season the WP chat was about. Or did he mean this season as in 5 or maybe 6?
That's what made me think a season clue not a url clue.
I have heard there is going to be season 6 clues in Lost U. But that's probably just rumor.
thorsten, is there a way we are going to be able to know who is who on the poster do you think? (not that I'm suggesting you go to any more trouble than you already are). It would be so good to put faces to all of the names.

@mistertibbs- I don't think the buy now link is live yet. I did a web search using the disclaimer at the bottom of the buy now pages and found all 15 prints that have been sold, but not the elusive 16th print.
If anyone can do a more in depth search using the common wording, please do so and let us know what you find.

Yeah I like that. My son has that poster. You can look at it forever.
It doesn't make much sense to me that Paul would be hinting about S6, but it is intriguing. And it makes more sense that if there is a gallery show coming up, that the gallery painting might refer to the poster gallery show. So why he said 'season' is very confusing. He could have also meant 'hiatus' when he said 'season', who knows. Oy.
Capcom, that's true. He's only a man after all! there's no way that he could have been totally prepped for every question and have every answer mapped out in his head. He could easily have said season in place of meaning several things. I really think his clue was for us here.

Just Thinking, good point. We have seen Jacob's Dog and The Black Rock painting previously though. And the video was an ARG reveal rather than a season 6 preview per se.
Don't forget Paul gave us a big Season 6 clue at the start, the title of the first episode.

I'm back from the doctors. Alot more relaxed now that it's all done over with. He had to have his blood drawn to see if he's having worse problems that is visible to the eye and to see if maybe his white blood count is up. He was so upset when they took his blood lol Poor guy. The doc will call later with the results. Thanks for the positive thoughts and prayers. I was really getting my self all worked up.
