Maybe they're getting the 4 new ones out the way before the 4 old artists start. At least I made it not wanting either print until I've had chance to go to the bank tomorrow and put some money in.
I wonder what the chances are of having Go Merch combine shipping on multiple orders since they are dropping one a day. Anyone have any experience with doing so?
Don't really want to pay an extra $15 for shipping each time a print drops.

I wonder if this is going to be the theme of the series then, the moment when the two worlds collide and they get their flash to the island events moment? A Libby and Hurley picnic would be nice.
I love the artist, especially the Bill Murray print he did awhile back... the stuff is great in person.
I just wouldn't hang this up, it's the bar I set for buying any print.
I also love the prints not selling out in 5 seconds! I hope it lasts... 500 print run seems to help out a bit.
While a fan of Boyes work, I'm not a fan of this poster...pass.
It is interesting that the first run of prints were very Desmond-less. Now he's two-for-two.

My wall space has made me very fussy and this doesn't come near winning a spot.
@callum lol. It does look like a fan art banner, rather than art inspired by lost.
I notice a lot of fans of are now picking or wanting their print based on the character or moment, more than the style.

If they are only going to focus on Desmond I´m gonna save a lot of money. What will be next? Desmond´s car hitting Locke on the weelchair? And then Desmond talking to Hurley and also Desmond talking to Claire?
And then only 3 prints left for other important scenes.
Don´t get me wrong, I´m happy for you Desmond fans and I know these scenes were very important ones and I loved them...but for prints...and with them only being 8, I´d prefer it if they wouldn´t focus on the same character more than once... I´m getting a bit dissapointed on this new batch of prints... hope it gets better, and well, good thing is I can save money for the next one :)

Eric Tan contributed to both the He-Man and sports shows at 1988--and since I never got The Crash, I would love to see him deliver a companion piece somewhere in this last set of eight.
If they did get one of the big names from the first series to return, maybe they will save it for the grand finale.
Masheen we have mentioned it a few times in the comments, I really like it.
Going to pass on this one. Love Desmond & the colors used... but a bit too realistic for the office & home.

I'm not a fan of the prints that are too literal. Like the new one, The Barracks, Ab Aeterno.
They are all cool, but too Poster fanzine like for me. That said, the Not Penny's Boat print should have been right up my street but it didn't quite hit the spot.
Anybody think there is any significance to the prints being placed backwards in the placeholders? Just a thought...
So, they're going in order of the point where the timelines started to crash together, in reverse on the positioning on the site. Can't be coincidence!
The Barracks is the one of my five that looks best in person, so I am even more excited for Desmond. Plus, I don't think this season gets any better than Happily Ever After.

I got Tong's Jack- I like that it has a story behind it-it represents the whole Lost fan adventure to me- even though I didn't get to Lost Live. Also, it is pretty much the first moment, and shows a nice kind of off kilter look at the world- from up above.
I love Des-but am having trouble with this on the wall too- I think it's the scale of the face as well as the realism. I think it needs a very clean, gallery like wall to look right perhaps- and I'm a clutterholic.

Actually Roswell, a nice, dark, Daniel Danger illus of Locke lying in the middle of the road would be cool, but maybe kind of sick.

Th unofficial print looks ok, I hope that these people don't get in trouble. After getting so many requests for my Faraday design to be printed I made a few enquiries, and if I got told to back off any further then I would've ended up in a parallel dimension! Good luck to them.

Mirrors thru out the season has to be reflected in this series of prints...don't excuse the pun..So..the Light House ought to be up soon..maybe with a Libby/ Hurley quandry first. ..yea..that seems likely,

re. other prints that Boyes has done...Dont' forget Jeff Boyes did a GREAT print of 'the professional'. Top notch, in my opinion, and similar design to this Desmond print.

Hi all! I've been a bit busy this weekend, trying to take care of things so that I don't have to worry about ANYTHING other than LOST next weekend! :-)
God help me, I think I'm probably in for the set again. I've liked both of the new ones, so it makes it easier for me to continue to get them. And thank god that the purchasing is (so far) stress free.
I'm hoping that they are going to continue on a set time of 1:08pm PDT. Makes it much easier for me to make sure I'm near a computer at that time.
Speaking of being near a computer... I just realized that the Lost University countdown clock, looks like it's ending this Saturday night at 9pm PDT. I think I'll still be at the Hootenanny, darn it. Hopefully ComixGuru will let us share her computer. I'll have my HD camcorder with me, so I'll try to grab it if possible.
A week from now, I should be enjoying the end of the Tour of California in a VIP tent, at the end of a long weekend, waiting for the end of my beloved LOST. (sigh) Happiness and sadness all mixed together...

We know there's a Jin Sun piece coming from another new artist. I'd expect now the 4 newbs to be the first four prints. I'd give the big names key moments from the finale, or first choice of moments, meaning we may well get them last, to avoid spoilers, or to allow the other artists time to sell.
And I'm not buying every print being about duality and time crashes. Some more may well be, being that the whole season is about that, but they won't all be.
I like it, but not buying this time around no matter how much Ilike it. :)

Desmond appears to be walking away from Penny. Is this a depiction of Des saying goodbye to alt-Penny? After all, he has work to do on the island.
In the NPB print...Desmond is transparent...seems somewhat ghostly to me.

Does anyone else see a little ghostie hiding in Desmond in the NPB print? And maybe a tiny tiny silhouette of the Black Rock near the bottom, which would be appropriate in such a watery print?
It's so difficult to see details in these jpgs. I think once people start posting photos of their actual prints, quite a few people will be spurred to purchase.
About 130 of Desmond have sold so far. Not bad really.
Gave in in the end and picked one up. I couldn't judge it properly this morning at 5:30am when it came out. I still can't picture where I'll hang it... Although when I do I think it should be facing a mirror inkeeping with the themes of the season.

I reckon since its up to 500, not many scabbers are buying it since they know they can't earn a huge profit from a large edition. Also, the series is probably not selling as fast because its one a day and people dont have money to afford every one. This poster series is also only Season 6 which sorta leaves out the mystery of what poster will be next as there have only been a few moments that are poster-worthy.
So has anything sold out yet? Posters? Shirts? Totes?

It's an interesting print, I'll say that much. Seems very much like the artist who did a green ensemble just after the first series finished.
So far I'm unimpressed with the new series. Yeah, I've made it quite love all the tong prints and have an obsession with the Jacob one but the other two just don't do anything for me. Which I'm glad of as I don't think I can afford any posters before payday. I am secretly hoping for a danger print of the lighthouse though, I'd definitely break the bank for that. I can imagine it now! Shame it probably won't happen.

@Martyn - Outta curiosity, have you gotten anything yet?
Aside from Tyler Stout's cast collage poster, Sayid, Sun, Jin, Juliet, Faraday, Alex, Charlotte, Richard Alpert, Boone and Michael have yet to appear in any of the LOST prints.
The Temple will surely show up somehow, maybe with Dogen. I'm also thinking that Ben and Locke as teachers, pre-island Richard, and the names/numbers on the cave wall have big potential as subject matter for prints.
I'm sure that they will do Alpert however I'm unsure if they will feature the others.

Keep Calm and Carry On is popular because it was a WWII poster that they found a couple of years ago. It was one to inform the public of the current situation. Keep Calm and Carry On was never used as it was the final poster, meaning, as Olly wrote it, Now Panic and Freak Out.

Just dropping in to say "hey" since there's stuff going down again ;) Was late to find out about it since I was fully occupied with being a vendor at a convention this weekend (first time). If only it'd been BEFORE DD let go his last copies of his print, I could have afforded it . . . oh well.
Don't exactly DISlike the stuff up so far, but not liking anything enough to buy. Well I was really out of it and bought Olly Moss tee, wish I'd gotten Not Penny's Tote just for kicks.
I understand continuity in the series but I would have bought Not Penny's Boat print if it wasn't an enormous poster. Sometimes you like work enough to hang it, but not enough to give it a ton of real estate, y'know?

Wow, what a surprise, in terms of release time and piece itself. I like it alot, especially it being a very light scene for DD, who seems to set so much of his work at night.
I kinda agree Amy, right now I´d prefer a really nice print, like this one, but something that I could relate even more to LOST.
I didn´t buy the other ones either and I like this one more than the others, but won´t buy because of what I just explained.

just got back from the gym... thank GOD I didn't miss this one. It's predictably amazing, and detail will be incredible. I was jsut thinking today, if I were Daniel Danger, I would surely pick a pirate ship... it's sort of a gimme, really.

I got Jacobs Cabin and I liked it initially, but when I saw it it blew me away. I think that this is the same, I've been waiting for a black rock print since the first round of images, so the combination of the black rock and daniel danger made this a no brainer for me.

Dang, just ordered mine, and all the old nervousness and adrenaline was back...seemingly unwarranted, since no one seems to have yelled "Fire!" in this particular theater yet. The new site is definitely hazardous to my bank account; already picked up the "Smoke" t-shirt. The color scheme is brilliant.
Does it seem to anyone else that they are really responding to the things we complained about/suggested they change during the first poster run? "Not Penny's Boat" is getting plenty of coverage after everyone complained it was missing, there are t-shirts for less money than the prints after the Olly Moss ones did so well, and we finally get a Black Rock print (from DD, no less). We can set up accounts ahead of time and easily check on order status, the runs are slightly larger, and without as much publicity and hype I'm betting these items are mostly going to Losties. Granted, the old rush is gone, but so is all the angst and agony.
tl;dr Bravo to Gallery88/TysonGivens/DCAAPB for actually listening to us and improving.

guys, with multiple items on sale, transaction numbers are less than pointless. We won't get any info off them. Got both my confirmation emails. Also, 1:08pm EST I'm guessing, following my theory of 1:08 in different timezones.
Also, it was me that worked out why Danger was dropping like it was hot.
@Ben, it's true you can't rely totally on confirmation numbers, but I think you can judge in the first half hour after a drop.
